Return Policy
Important Note for Customers: Due to the oversized and heavy-duty nature of our machinery, shipping and handling costs are exceptionally high. Please review our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, un-assembled, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
To ensure fair business practices, returns are categorized into two types:
A. Customer Remorse / Buyer’s Remorse
(e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, model doesn't fit your needs but matches descriptions)

Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight/shipping charges. For oversized machinery, this must be shipped via a certified LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carrier.

Restocking Fee: A 15% to 20% restocking fee (deducted from your total refund) will apply to cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restoring the item to inventory.
B. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
(e.g., arrived broken, missing major components, defective powertrain/engine upon arrival)

Return Shipping & Fees: If the item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival, [Your Brand Name] will cover all return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.

Reporting Window: Damage or missing parts must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect the pallet/crate thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt with the carrier.
3. Special Condition: Gas/Diesel Powered Equipment
For safety and legal regulations set by the US Department of Transportation (DOT):

ANY engine-powered equipment that has been filled with gas or oil CANNOT be returned via freight carriers, even if it is defective.

If you experience issues after putting gas or oil into the machine, the issue must be resolved through our Warranty & Repair Service. We will ship replacement parts free of charge or authorize a local repair shop to service the machine under warranty.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at [Your Customer Service Email] or call us at [Your 800 Phone Number] with your Order Number and photos/videos of the item in its current condition.

If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the designated US warehouse return address.

Pack the item securely on its original pallet/crate. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging. Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our US warehouse (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking or original shipping fees) will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
